This role is pivotal in driving Route-to-Market strategy, sales analytics, in-store execution, and trade spend optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and demand planning to ensure commercial excellence and operational efficiency.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesChampion Route-to-Market strategies and define success metrics across channelsLead sales forecasting and analytics using tools like DIAL, DMS, NielsenDrive category management initiatives including planograms and merchandisingManage trade spend budgets and ensure compliance with financial processesOversee sales tools deployment and ensure alignment with business needsCollaborate with Customer Marketing and Retail Operations for perfect store executionSupervise and develop a team of Associates in Sales Analysis and MerchandisingSupport sales incentive planning, KPI tracking, and budget setting Required Skills / Experience / CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including GT channel and internal sales opsStrong leadership, analytical, and project management skillsFluent in English with excellent communication and influencing abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systemsDeep understanding of GT/MT channel strategiesPreferred SkillsExperience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Dunnhumby)Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver resultsStrong attention to detail and execution excellenceSelf-starter with integrity and team-building capabilities Why Join Us?Be part of a global company committed to sustainability and innovationWork in a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for growthCompetitive compensation and benefitsOffice-based role with occasional domestic travelInclusion & DiversityWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
