Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring delivery.• Develop and execute company-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and Emiratisation frameworks.• Build a strong hiring pipeline through partnerships with local universities, government entities, and training institutions.• Oversee full recruitment cycles including manpower planning, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.• Create recruitment policies, guidelines, SLAs, and KPIs to standardize hiring processes.• Implement talent acquisition analytics to track time-to-fill, hiring quality, retention, and candidate experience.• Strengthen employer branding through events, digital platforms, and talent community engagement.• Advise leadership on labor market trends, workforce planning, and talent availability.• Ensure compliance with Labour Law, Emiratisation programs, and sector-specific regulations.• Coach and develop the TA team to improve capability and performance.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field.• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 in a leadership role.• Proven experience in the market with strong understanding of nationalization programs.• Demonstrated ability to design and lead recruitment strategies in mid to large organizations.
