The Sourcing Expert / Headhunter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across the Group of Companies. This role combines strategic headhunting and proactive sourcing with operational HR support on PRO, visa processing, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can balance talent acquisition excellence with a smooth employee experience through the joining process.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & HeadhuntingDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions and geographies.Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, referrals, and direct headhunting.Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical, niche, or leadership roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, organizational culture, and strategic business needs.Support market mapping and talent intelligence reports for workforce planning and succession pipelines.2. Recruitment OperationsManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.Ensure adherence to ORG’s hiring processes, approval workflows, and documentation compliance.Track and update recruitment dashboards, candidate pipelines, and reports in coordination with HR Operations.3. PRO & Visa CoordinationLiaise with the internal PRO team and government relations partners for visa, labour contract, and related formalities.Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, PRO, and line managers for timely processing of employment visas, medicals, and Emirates ID.Track and monitor document validity, visa renewals, and compliance with UAE labour laws.4. Onboarding & Employee ExperienceCoordinate pre-joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding logistics (tickets, accommodation, equipment requests).Facilitate Day 1 induction and onboarding sessions in collaboration with HR Operations.Ensure new joiner files are complete and uploaded into the HRMS.Support the development of onboarding materials and feedback surveys to enhance the employee experience.Skills & CompetenciesStrong headhunting and direct sourcing capabilities (across LinkedIn, job boards, and market networks).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Working knowledge of UAE labour law, visa procedures, and PRO documentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or diversified business environments.Proven track record in executive search or agency-based headhunting.Prior experience handling PRO or onboarding coordination is a plus.Success IndicatorsReduced time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.Quality of hires and retention within the first 6 months.Compliance and accuracy of visa and onboarding documentation.Positive new-joiner experience scores.
