Job Summary:Head, Procurement & Logistics is responsible for overseeing the organization’s procurement strategy and operations to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services at the best value. The Director of Procurement leads the procurement team, develops sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and drives cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements and building strong supplier relationships, and making sure everything purchased supports the company’s goalsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the procurement and logistics teams to ensure high performance and productivityLead the development and execution of procurement strategies that align with business objectivesManage vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and conduct regular evaluationsManage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and supplier performanceOversee sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain processes to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timelinessCollaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize purchasing decisionsDrive cost reduction initiatives and improve procurement efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption and oversee procurement analytics and reporting to provide insights into spending, supplier performance, and savings opportunitiesEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards and Lead risk management efforts related to procurement activities, including supplier audits and compliance checksLead and manage the procurement department, including recruitment, training, and performance management of procurement staffQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement and logistics managementProven experience in leading procurement teams and managing complex supply chains.Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standardsStrategic thinking in developing long-term procurement and logistics strategies aligned with business goalsVendor Management in building and maintains strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.Contract Negotiation in secures favorable contract terms protecting company interestsLeadership & Team Development in Leading and developing high-performing, collaborative teams.Problem Solving resolves operational challenges quickly to minimize disruptionsDemonstrated experience in strategic procurement and supply chain finance.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThe ability to effectively lead and manage change within the procurement and logistic functions📥𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰:Tel. 077 257 376 (Telegram available)Email: careers@cellcard.com.kh
