Main Duties:To work together with the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Supervisor to ensure the smooth running and efficient running of the Reception desk ensuring guests requests are met at all times and revenue is maximised. Coordinate solutions quickly when guests experience problems in their room by working with housekeeping and/or service staff. Communicate with other hotel staff, such as housekeeping or maintenance, when rooms are ready to be cleaned or repaired in preparation for a new guestTo work closely with the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Supervisor to ensure a consistency of communication is maintained. To ensure all standard operational procedures are followed by all staff on duty. To assist with staff trainingHandle and resolve customer complaints, following through to ensure the highest level of guest satisfactionThe successful candidate will have:Be familiar with Hot Soft system. 2 years' Hotel Reception Experience in 4/5 star hotel environment . Ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team Friendly and professional work attitude. Good attention detail Fluent English essential - written and spoken. Must be available to work variable shifts.
