You'll go beyond traditional H&S duties to influence our employee experience, from onboarding to office management, making safety an integral part of our company culture. Your responsibilities will include: Global Health & Safety Compliance: You will ensure we adhere to local H&S regulations in Poland and support compliance efforts in France/UK and the US. This involves conducting regular H&S audits, leading training inductions, and developing emergency response procedures for all offices Occupational Health Administration: You'll serve as the primary liaison with occupational health service providers, managing contracts and coordinating all employee medical examinations and referrals globally Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with other teams to integrate a safety-first mindset into company initiatives. This includes providing H&S input on employee onboarding, office management decisions, event planning, and supporting the creation of standardized incident reporting protocols. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving any H&S incidents and maintaining all relevant documentationRequirementsEssentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
