We help independent restaurants grow their customer base, boost private event and catering bookings, and increase loyalty using Meta ads, retargeting campaigns, and done-for-you social media content.Our team combines real hospitality experience with performance marketing to deliver results — not theory. Every campaign we run is backed by case studies, proven assets, and strategies that are already working in competitive markets.Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a Closer – Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads Retainers to join our remote team and convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients.This is not a cold-calling or prospecting role. All leads come from social media, landing pages, and inbound funnels we manage through GoHighLevel. You’ll be responsible for fast follow-up, running your own discovery calls, and closing clients into $1,500–$3,500/month retainers using proven materials and scripts.If you’ve sold marketing retainers or paid ad services before, know how to close high-ticket deals, and can handle speed-to-lead expectations — this is your seat.We’re starting part-time (20–25 hours/week) with a fast track to full-time for high performers.Key ResponsibilitiesCall or text inbound leads within 5 minutes of opt-in (speed-to-lead is non-negotiable)Use GoHighLevel to move leads through pipeline stages and follow-up tasks (no tech setup required)Book and run your own discovery/sales calls with restaurant ownersSell monthly retainer packages that include Meta ads, social media content, and event/catering marketingHandoff closed clients to fulfillment team cleanlyHit target of 1–2 new client closes per weekQualifications✅ Must have experience closing high-ticket digital marketing retainers (e.g., SMM, Content Packages, Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, etc.)✅ Comfortable closing $1,500–$3,500/month packages (avg. ~$2,500)✅ Proven consultative sales skills: discovery, pitch, objection handling, and close✅ Familiar with CRMs like GoHighLevel (basic usage: pipelines, SMS/email, notes, etc.)✅ Clear communication over phone, Zoom, text, and DMsBonus: Experience working with or selling to restaurants or hospitalityBonus: Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad strategyCompensation & Hours$25–$30/hour based on experience20–25 hours/week to start, with goal to move into full-time (35–40 hrs/week) ASAP10–12.5% commission on first-month revenue per closed client (paid after 30-day satisfaction window)$1,000 onboarding bonus if you close $10K MRR in your first 30 daysPerks100% remote workWarm inbound leads only — no cold calls, no huntingProven sales process, marketing assets, and real case studiesWork with a founder/operator who has built and scaled 7-figure restaurantsRealistic earnings potential: $5K–$7K+/month with consistent performanceFast path to full-time + bonus structure based on results
