Vice President of SalesLocation: Remote (U.S.) | Industry: ERP SoftwareAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead our ERP sales organization through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in ERP software sales, particularly with Sage Intacct (Acumatica and other similar ERP's also acceptable), and a strong record of mentoring high-performing teams.This is not a purely strategic role — our culture is collaborative and action-oriented. The VP of Sales will work as both a player and a coach, leading by example while developing the team’s skills, processes, and results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 sales professionals, fostering accountability, consistency, and growth.Actively participate in the sales process as an individual contributor, including client engagement, deal strategy, and pipeline management.Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to align go-to-market strategy, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.Provide strategic oversight of marketing efforts, including leadership of the Marketing Director and future marketing team.Drive team performance against an individual target of $1.5M per seller and overall organizational sales goals.Leverage experience within the nonprofit sector to strengthen vertical market growth (highly preferred).Refine and execute scalable sales processes and playbooks to ensure consistency and predictability in revenue performance.Qualifications5+ years of sales leadership experience in ERP.3+ years managing teams of at least 3–5 people.Proven success in mentorship and hands-on leadership within high-performing teams.Demonstrated success selling Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or comparable ERP solutions.Experience working with nonprofit organizations strongly preferred.Marketing leadership or oversight experience a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Team Structure3 existing sales representatives (each with 2–3+ years tenure)1 VP of Strategic Accounts1 demo/solutions roleFuture Marketing Director + supporting marketing teamCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (up to $200,000 for exceptional candidates)On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$300,000 + total compensationCommission: Monthly payouts, primarily team overridesPTO: 240 hours annually (6 weeks)401(k): 4% match, fully vested immediatelyHealthcare: 90% employer coverage
