The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support executives and the finance department with making calls to local banks if facing any issues and visit the bank for documentation if required.Coordinate travel arrangements for stakeholders.Provide support for all HR-related inquiries and requests.Maintain accurate employee records.Assist in the recruitment process, including conducting reference checks, scheduling interviews, and organizing HR events.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.Support other assigned HR & Admin functions.Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.Assist in conducting orientation and induction programs for new employees.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, consulting legal counsel when necessary.Manage the issuance and renewal of employees’ working permits, residence certificates, passports, licenses, and visitor visas.Handle various office administration responsibilities.Advise team members on the latest KSA rules and regulations.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of HR & Admin functions and best practices.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Proficient in computer applications.Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.Note: If your skills match our requirements, please share your CV at careers@edgematics.ai
