Human Resources Officer (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and motivated HR professional to join our team and support initiatives that enhance employee welfare, engagement, and satisfaction. This role will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by assisting with HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport employee welfare and engagement programs, including health, well-being, and recognition initiatives.Assist with day-to-day HR operations, such as maintaining employee records, managing leaves, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding activities.Provide first-level support for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to senior HR staff when needed.Help plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies in all HR practices.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation.Support HR reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks as required.Collaborate on HR projects focused on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of HR experience.Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems.
