Please ensure it is up to date and check it regularly.----About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven HR & Admin Manager to lead all HR, C&B, and administrative functions to ensure the company has the right people, fair and competitive people policies, and smooth, efficient office operations..Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsMaintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, organization chart, and HRIS/employee database.Oversee end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboardingSupport managers with performance review cycles, KPI setting, feedback, and handling performance/behavior issues.Drive employee engagement activitiesCnB OperationsCoordinate monthly payroll input: attendance, overtime, allowances, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to FinanceEnsure compliance with statutory requirements on social insurance, PIT, labor contracts, and related C&B obligations.Prepare C&B-related reports and analysis for management review.Administration & Office OperationsOversee day-to-day office operations including cleaning, meeting room management, and general office upkeep.Manage contracts and performance of external vendors (office services, security, maintenance, landlords, etc.).Coordinate procurement of office equipment, furniture, and basic IT assets in alignment with Finance/ITKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or HR/Admin Manager role.Solid understanding of HR operations, C&B, and local labor law; experience in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment is a plus.Confident using email and online systems, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and other HR/admin tools.
