Job Description

Responsibilities1. Prepare payroll, time attendance, employee roaster, salary and benefits, overtime pay, allowance, ...etc2. Work on labour compliance (NSSF, Pension Fund, Seniority Pay, LACMS,...etc) 3. Support on the recruitment process and coordinate employee training programs and professional development to enhance skills4. Monitor daily administration operations, employees’ profile, onboarding, staff probation, and employee separation5. Work with HR-Admin at site on employee relations and policy implementation6. Implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and daily operations.7. Monthly Reports:  - Record HR Planning activities  - Monthly payroll expenses.  - Monthly employee headcount.  - Monthly payroll calculation issues.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or other related fields.• At least 5 years of experience in Attendance and Payroll or HR-related roles.• Experience from real estate or construction company is an advantage• Knowledge of HRIS or HR Reporting • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital training tools.• Basic understanding of Labor Compliance
