Join a team that’s building a cleaner future—locally and globally.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Philippines, based at our Makati office in Manila to oversee HR operations in the Philippines. The role will report directly to the Head of HR for Southeast Asia and directly manage one member of the HR team in the Philippines. The HRBP will partner closely with Managers and employees in the Philippines office and project sites to ensure alignment with both Philippine labor law and ACCIONA’s global people practices. This position requires occasional travel to project sites across the Philippines.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business goals and supporting them in people management decisions.Manage and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.Serve as a point of contact with local labor authorities, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.Participate in the creation and review of regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with Philippine labor regulations.Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and processes in the Philippines, serving as the main point of contact for both managers and employees. HR processes include performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, talent development, training, engagement survey, wellness initiatives, etc.Coordinate recruitment for site and office positions in the Philippines.Oversee payroll operations as well as monitor the time and attendance system for the Philippines and ensure excellent execution.Support global workforce mobility (visas, work permits, relocations), in coordination with the corporate global mobility team and local administration teams.Provide HR insights and recommendations to leadership through reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.Maintain employee data and structure in Workday (our HCM system), perform the necessary HR and organizational processes, ensuring data accuracy and the timely delivery of reports.Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention across Philippine operations.Support organizational change management and workforce planning.Required Skills And Competencies10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and payroll.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law; familiarity with employment practices across Southeast Asia is an advantage.Experience managing and developing HR staff.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Proficiency with HRIS (preferably Workday).Availability for occasional travel to project sites in the Philippines.Why Join ACCIONA Energía?Take on a role with a clear purpose and mission, contributing to a more sustainable and resilient world.
