Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila)HR Help Center CoordinatorSummary: To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as HR Help Center. General Responsibilities: Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:HR Help Center: Process associate’s concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone PlatformHandles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks (Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards)Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiryMay be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center Special Projects: Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization wide programs/events People development: Discusses personal development plan with line manager and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to subfunctions within HR Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Basic Qualifications: Educational Background: At least college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related courseFresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience. Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center usingAmazon Connect or any cloud contact systemHas a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoftHas a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, SiebelHas a knowledge and experience in GsuitesMust possess analytical skills and customer focus. Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondencesMust be flexible with working schedules, depending on business needs. Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
