We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst with proven experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving payment issues, managing wage garnishments, and overseeing payroll-related tax and unemployment filings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.This position requires experience managing payroll for over 1,000 hourly team members, with a focus on precision, compliance, and proactive issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly US payroll for over 1,000 hourly employees with 100% accuracy using ADP WFN.Manage and track wage garnishments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Oversee payroll tax filings, unemployment reporting, and ensure timely submissions.Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, working closely with HR, Finance, and team members.Maintain and reconcile payroll records, including invoices and payment tracking.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payroll data integrity and resolve any issues.Prepare reports and analysis using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.Support audits and provide documentation as needed.Continuously improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.Requirements3+ years of US payroll processing experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.Expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ hourly employees.Strong understanding of wage garnishments, payroll taxes, and unemployment regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with multi-state payroll is a plus.BenefitsClient Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. Salary Range: $1,800–$2,200 USD per monthSchedule: EST, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-FRole-type: Full-time
