As a Marketing & HR Support Assistant, you'll help manage content across social media platforms, assist with event coordination, and provide support for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and internal communications. We believe this is where the strength of Cooee and our partnerships lie – in having clarity and conviction in purpose.What you'll be working on:Social Media & Content Management:Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn and the company website.Assist in reviewing and preparing articles from internal authors for publication.Event Coordination:Monitor and track upcoming events that the team will attend.Manage the events calendar and coordinate logistics for events held in various states.HR Support:Maintain the yearly leave calendar for the team.Run Expression of Interest (EOI) campaigns for recruitment and manage the candidate pipeline up to the second interview stage.Draft HR letters (e.g., bonuses, position changes) and maintain HR documentation.Organizational Support:Regularly update and maintain the company's organizational chart.Ensure HR folders and employee records are accurate and well-organized.What We’re Looking ForOpen to Fresh Graduates and experienced Professionals with a maximum of 2 years in marketing, HR support, or related fields.Bachelors degree in Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Strong English writing and verbal skills for content creation and internal/external communication.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.Comfortable working across departments, engaging with both marketing and HR teams to support broader organizational goals. Flexible & Adaptable in handling a variety of tasks and shifting focus as business needs change.Event planning experience is a plus!
