This Sr. HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the commercial functions. This position acts as an employee champion, change agent, and business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees in Customer Development and Marketing, by leading a variety of HR professional work including: talent management and development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness. Work closely with global HR teams to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources and build the best working environment to support business priorities.Core Responsibilities:Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned functionsResponsible for the talent management, workforce planning and organization effectivenessIdentify and provide effective solutions to opportunity areas related to people development, talent attraction and retention. Work with CBS HR support on talent acquisition to hire the right talents for the company. Lead capability building plans for the Commercial teamChampion or participate in selected HR programs/ processes, including Employee Engagement and Well-being Other ad-hoc HR projects assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any relevant fieldAt least 10 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced, professional environment; with at least 6 years in an HR business partner role, preferably with commercial teams. Solid experience in employee life cycle management from onboarding to terminationHighly experienced in talent management and performance management as an HR partnerStrong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills;Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority;Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work based on demand; highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills;Good knowledge of employment laws and practices and has experienced dealing with employee relations issues and investigationsHighly customer-oriented and have a successful track interfacing with employeesResults driven, self- starter with strong sense of urgency;High level of personal leadership and integrityExperienced in working with global HR systems#colgateemployee, #teamcolgate, #wearecolgate, #buildafuture, #CPValuesOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
