PhilippinesNational HR Officer (ODC)OrganizationInternational Organization for MigrationPosted 6 Nov 2025 Closing date 20 Nov 2025Position Title: National HR Officer (ODC)Reference Code: VN 043/2025Job classification: NO-ADuty station: Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC)Type of Appointment: One-year fixed term with possibility of extensionSalary: Php 1,384,818.00 per annum net of taxesContextUnder the overall supervision of the Senior HR Officer (Organizational Design and Classification) and direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer (Organizational Design and Classification) based in Valencia, Spain, the National HR Officer (Organizational Design and Classification) will be responsible and accountable for supporting the implementation of the Organization’s Job Classification and Organizational Design Frameworks, ensuring they are effectively integrated with workforce capacity planning and client service delivery. The role will coordinate and provide efficient, effective, and timely support and operational services to internal stakeholders, leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance accuracy, consistency, and decision-making.
