Are you an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of expertise as an HRBP?Do you have experience in IWS or similar continuous improvement systems?Then, we are waiting for your application today!ResponsibilitiesThe HR Business Partner will have the following responsibilities:Lead the alignment and integration of Integrated Work System (IWS) methodologies into core P&C processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.Ensure all P&C strategies are directly aligned with factory and business priorities to maximize organizational agility, performance, and engagement.Oversee and enhance the end-to-end employee experience (recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives), specifically tailored for our industry.Design and facilitate impactful training and capability-building workshops that strengthen core organizational competencies.Initiate and support the internal communication strategy to promote open dialogue, collaboration, and organizational alignment, building trust across all levels.Leverage HR data and insights to track progress, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive continuous improvement within P&C practices.Within 6 moths you will:Rapidly establish a deep understanding of IWS methodologies and their connection to core P&C processes (e.g., performance, onboarding).Actively support the integration of IWS tools and practices into daily P&C routines, ensuring clear and consistent implementation across the factory.Partner with management and stakeholders to assess capability gaps and help deliver necessary training and development activities.QualificationsThe HR Business Partner must possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business PartnerExperience with IWS or similar continuous improvement systems will be considered as an assetProficient in Greek and EnglishSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal relationship skillsDemonstrated ability to understand complex business dynamics and drive strategic P&C initiatives in evolving environmentsExperience3+ years of experience as an HR business partnerBenefitsThe company will offer to the HR Business Partner the following:Competitive salary and bonusTicket restaurantPrivate medical insuranceRelocation packageExcellent working environmentCareer growth opportunitiesInformationIf you believe your profile could be a good match for the HR Business Partner role, apply now!For more information on the HR Business Partner role, you can contact Ioanna Koutsiona daily from 9.00-17.00 at +306941575964.Please note that for transparency and equity reasons, only those applications made online via our site will be assessed.
