This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on HR work, structured process management, and cross-team collaboration. You will oversee core HR functions, support company-wide initiatives, and help ensure that employees across all locations have a clear, organised, and positive experience.You will work closely with the CPO and the leadership team on people-related initiatives, contributing to a strong culture and a consistent employee experience.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:Manage sourcing, shortlisting, and phone screeningCoordinate hiring steps, candidate communications, and overall candidate experienceKeep recruitment pipelines organised and up to dateOnboarding & Offboarding:Lead the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring a smooth, well-prepared, and welcoming introduction to the companyManage documentation, access setup, preparation, and process updates for both onboarding and offboardingHR Operations:Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentationSupport HR systems (HRIS) and prepare basic HR reportsEnsure data consistency across HR tools and processesEmployee Experience:Coordinate internal events and company-wide HR initiativesRun employee surveys, analyse results, and present actionable insights and recommendationsContribute to eNPS, employer branding, and engagement activitiesManager & Performance Support:Support the launch and follow-up of performance and feedback cyclesAssist managers with HR processes and day-to-day employee mattersProvide guidance on HR policies and best practicesHR Process Improvement:Refine and document HR workflows, tools, and proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity across HR operationsRequirements1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a startup or scale-up environmentHands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, HR operations, and event organisationStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail when handling HR documentation, contracts, and HR systemsClear, professional communication and confidence working with managers and employeesExperience running surveys, preparing basic reports, and analysing simple dataProactive mindset, strong ownership, and reliable follow-throughBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not requiredBenefitsOur core belief and reason for existence is the care and attention we show our users, our community and our employees.You will feel the thrill of owning a business and marvel just a few weeks later at what you have achievedImpact the lives of millions of customers and of the professionals we partner withBeing a part of an international team of domain experts in all functionsGroup Private Health InsuranceYearly allowance for YourHero product servicesYearly allowance for personal development coursesPaid day off on your birthday each yearA bespoke development plan that will allow you to utilise your potential and grow quicklyThe pleasure of being part of a high-performance team that works hard but has plenty of fun in the processIt would be awesome to have you aboard this incredible journey!
