If you’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of shaping things from the ground up, you’ll be in your element here.Role PurposeReporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for South East and South Eastern Europe Cluster, you will be responsible for providing TA expertise and value by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for current and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.Key AccountabilitiesLead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities for Greece (Papastratos) and Cyprus (Philip Morris Cyprus)Support the South East & South Eastern Europe Cluster’s TA Strategy, being a senior member of the international team of TA experts covering a region of 11 markets and taking over team activities and cluster projectsDevelop and implement effective attraction and recruiting strategies to acquire top talent in alignment with PMI’s strategic priorities in Greece and CyprusUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career events and talent pipelines, to identify and engage with potential candidatesLead the assessment and selection process, conducting interviews and assessment centers, to ensure the acquisition of diverse talent with the required skills & qualifications, potential and overall cultural fitPartner with Hiring Managers and multiple stakeholders throughout the recruiting and selection process, acting as a trusted partner to eventually meet talent requirements and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceClosely collaborate with different Global Centers of Expertise (Candidate Lifecycle Experience, Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing, Early Careers) to ensure alignment and deployment of the right mix of local strategiesDeliver end-to-end local Employer Branding initiatives and represent the company in conferences, career fairs and communitiesUtilize AI-powered ATS, tools and dashboards to monitor talent acquisition metrics, assess the effectiveness of the process and make data-driven suggestions focused on continuous improvementWho You AreBachelor's Degree is required and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a fast-paced multinational environmentProven ability to identify and source high-caliber talent through multiple strategies and channels, including social media and other networking activitiesHands-on experience with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems and TA KPIs Dashboards. Experience with SAP Success Factors recruiting module will be considered a plusStrong partnering skills with an ability to inspire trust and engage a range of stakeholders and candidates of all levels of seniorityCan-do attitude, very good problem solving and project management skills, being able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely and effective mannerTeam player mentality, agility and growth mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, with proven professional experience using both English and GreekMilitary obligations completed (if applicable)What’s In It For YouHave the chance to manage your own projectsSeize the freedom to shape your future and ours.
