Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of HRIS systems. This role is essential in supporting both employees and management in HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Recruitment & OnboardingManage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviewsConduct reference checks and prepare offer lettersFacilitate new hire onboarding and orientationEmployee Relations & EngagementServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concernsSupport employee engagement initiatives and communicationAssist with conflict resolution and disciplinary proceduresHR Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records using an HRIS systemEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policiesPrepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as neededPayroll & Benefits AdministrationSupport payroll processing and ensure data accuracyAssist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee questionsCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on compensation mattersPerformance Management & TrainingSupport performance appraisal cycles and feedback processesCoordinate employee training and development activitiesMaintain up-to-date documentation of performance reviewsOffboarding & Exit ManagementFacilitate employee resignations, terminations, and exit interviewsEnsure proper clearance procedures are followedAnalyze exit data for insights and improvementBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field25 years of HR generalist experience handling end-to-end HR functionsExperience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
