Guess is a global leader in the fashion industry, renowned for delivering high-quality, stylish products.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and recruitment processes while contributing to our team's operational excellence and employee satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll and Data ManagementSupport the HR team in auditing and organizing personnel and payroll documentsAssist with employee data entry for new hires, changes, and terminationsHelp maintain the Personnel Management System by ensuring employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) are up to dateAssist in preparing and filing correspondence with the Social Security Institution (e.g., registrations, reports)Support management in collecting data for bonus and incentive programsAssist in processing and reconciling Time & Attendance dataPrepare basic ad-hoc reports under supervisionMaintain confidentiality of all employee information and filesAdministrationSupport the update and organization of HR policies and proceduresAssist in preparing and maintaining employee files and documentationHelp with employee engagement activities and surveysSupport HR reporting and documentation tasksHealth and SafetyAssist in coordinating with external providers on health and safety documentationHelp organize safety trainings and awareness activitiesSupport in maintaining records related to employee health and safety complianceSupport for Recruitment ProcessAssist in sourcing and attracting candidates via databases and social platformsSupport in preparing job postings and coordinating with universities or job boardsHelp with CV screening and scheduling interviewsParticipate in recruitment events and provide logistical supportPrepare and update recruitment reports as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree student or new graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields)Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive, proactive, and problem-solving attitudeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information responsiblyGood time management and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelEagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources
