About CodFenceCodFence is a fast-growing startup building a next-generation Fintech + Logistic SaaS platform that helps online sellers reduce Cash-on-Delivery (COD) risks, prevent order “boom”, automate verification workflows, and increase profitability.We are in our early stage, moving fast, and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to build the people foundation of the company.2. Job SummaryThe HR Manager will play a core role in building CodFence’s team, culture, and people operations from the ground up. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, culture building, and ensuring the company grows with the right people and processes in place.This position suits a self-driven, entrepreneurial HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition (40%)Build and execute hiring strategies for tech, product, marketing, and business roles.Own the full-cycle recruitment process: JD creation → sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding.Develop a strong employer brand for CodFence across job boards, LinkedIn, universities, and tech communities.Build hiring pipelines and maintain talent pools for fast scaling.B. HR Operations & Compliance (25%)Create, refine, and implement HR policies (contracts, benefits, payroll, leave, disciplinary procedures).Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation.Establish HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools).C. People & Culture (20%)Build CodFence’s culture DNA: ownership, transparency, speed, innovation.Organize engagement activities, team bonding, and internal communication.Create feedback loops (1:1s, engagement surveys).Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive, productive workplace.D. Performance Management (15%)Develop a clear OKR/KPI performance framework for all functions.Partner with founders and managers to drive quarterly performance reviews.Identify development needs and propose training plans or coaching programs.4. RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition; startup experience is a plus.Strong understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR compliance.Experience building HR processes from scratch is highly preferred.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Comfort working in a lean startup with changing priorities.Ability to attract tech talents and manage multiple hiring pipelines.Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency preferred.5.
