CounsellingTo counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;To develop and enhance the counselling services;To follow up on students’ enquiry / application / acceptance;To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards;Maintain student database.2. Business DevelopmentTo identify and develop new market (i.e. products, branch offices, students);To identify and develop new business partners;To identify and develop new business entities which may supplement the current education and migration business.3. MarketingTo develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget for the region;To work with Country Lead to ensure the regional marketing strategies are coherent with the Group.4. Public RelationsBuild relationship with all stakeholders;To ensure good relationship at all levels at local office.5. OperationsProvide timely monthly report;Ensure the office/region is operated consistently to the AUG culture;Ensure the set targets / KPIs are met;Ensure the office/region is operated in a commercially viable manner;To be posted/assist in other AUG offices when required;Any other tasks as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing or related fields3+ years experience in student recruitment or international educationStrong communication skills in English & VietnameseProven ability to build partnerships with schools, universities & business partnersLeadership experience with the ability to coach and manage teamsStrong market knowledge and understanding of student decision pathwaysCRM literacy and data-driven mindset
