该职位来源于猎聘 HR Manager, Guangzhou of Givaudan Fragrance & Beauty Division As the Guangzhou site HR Manager in the Fragrance and Beauty Division, you will partner with the leadership teams to manage all key HR processes and topics such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Succession Plan, and Employee Communication etc, covering all aspects of the employment life cycle and implementing local HR strategy.You will be a trusted partner to site management on human resource-related issues. This position is based in Guangzhou. You will get a great opportunity to work in a very diverse and dynamic in a well-established set up within Givaudan.Reporting to HRM Greater China and Korea, your role will include: HR Business PartnerStrategy Implementation; you will, with guidance support development and implementation of human resource strategies and programmes associated with accomplishing business objectives. You will use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process solutions to address risks and opportunities and align with HR strategy and plans.HR Management; you will ensure a trusted working relationship with the mid-level leaders in your area of the business. You will identify trends and issues that require solution and involve appropriate resources. You will also participate in people management activities including partnering with the local business and working closely on HR topics like talent management, talent acquisition for key roles, employee development planning, annual performance review.HR Processes; you will contribute to defining clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes. Your professional profile includes:Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field8+ years’ relevant experience as a HR Manager or Business Partner, solid experience to support operation team.Proficiency in analytical skillsFluent in EnglishGood skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InternetCustomer focusAble to work with multicultural team with high level of confidenceFast learning capability and proactiveHigh business ethics and high quality of working standardsTeam player with high level of professionalism
