Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Benin City. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, conducting training sessions, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits administration, and supporting management in strategic workforce planning.
