Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of HR Department. He/she will run the daily functions of HR including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, records management and enforcing company policies and practices. He/she manages the processes of recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance and HR records management.Qualifications Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in human resource management related courses. At least two (2) years work experience in the same role, in the same capacity. In-depth understanding of human resource management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner. Adaptable and willing to learn. Team-spirit and customer focused attitude. Good working knowledge of the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel.
