You keep data accurate, cycles on time, and employee cases moving—so the Specialists can focus on design, analytics, and policy.The HR Support Officer plays a vital supporting role within the HR team, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and accurately. This role is key to relieving specialists in these domains and contributes to a professional and reliable HR service and experience for employees and managers.Dit ga je doenOperations & administrationExecute and continuously streamline administration, aiming for automation where possible and high data integrity. Depending on the priority during the year, this includesSupport annual compensation review and bonus cycle (data preparation, validation, bulk uploads, workflow tracking, and system updates)Run lease car administration and related mobility benefits (eligibility checks, orders/changes, terminations).Register and manage NS‑Business Cards and other travel arrangements.Check the proper processing of employee lifecycle changes (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations) in HRIS and payroll systems; maintain checklists, trackers, and audit trails.Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and learning programs (logistics, planning, participant management)Coordinate venues, materials, catering, and communications for development initiatives.Help set up and execute company-wide events (e.g. onboarding days, leadership days, inspiration sessions)Safeguard and optimize standard workflows for learning and development activities (e.g. templates, playbooks, communication flows).Prepare data and support audits, compliance checks, and reporting for stakeholders; partner closely with C&B Specialists, Payroll, and HR Officers.Advisory & employee experienceAct as first point of contact for HR and employees on employment conditions and training related to execution (e.g., allowances, mobility, enrollment windows); translate policy into clear, practical next steps.Keep our self‑service portal content on PM&R topics accurate, accessible, and up‑to‑date; spot friction in HR processes and propose improvements.Analytics & market insightsMaintain PM&R datasets and dashboards; support internal equity checks and scenario modeling for offers and organizational changes.Contribute to continuous improvement of our PM&R processes, templates, and employee communications.Generating training reports on participation, completions, feedback, and complianceVendor & tool ecosystemLiaise with benefit providers and brokers on enrollment, changes, and issue resolution. Liaise with training providers, coaches, or facilitators to align schedules and content deliveryWork effectively in our HRIS/Payroll stack; Create and maintain courses, sessions, and curricula in Workday LearningDit ben jij Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Economics, or related field; 2–4 years’ experience as HR Advisor/Officer or equivalent based on experience. Solid grasp of HR processes and employment conditions; analytical with strong attention to detail. Comfortable collaborating across PM&R Specialists, Payroll, and HR Officers; service oriented and approachable communicator. Languages: English and Dutch required; German is a nice to have. Tooling: advanced Excel; HRIS/Payroll systems (Workday preferred, not required).
