Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Advisor partners closely with managers across the organization to understand and forecast staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Advisor employs a full-cycle recruitment process to secure talent; builds and maintains robust relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers; and offers talent insights and solutions to meet the organization’s evolving staffing requirements.Essential ResponsibilitiesSourcing- You will make an impact sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding. Candidate Experience-You will be responsible for the candidates’ experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.Business Partnering- You will work closely with the hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process, being the Recruiting expert. Collaborate with HRBP’s to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making. Data- Proactively share data insights on market, talent pool and process to ensure data informed decisions and setting expectations.Global collaboration- You will be part of a global recruitment team and support with hiring in different regions depending on the needsAbility to work at assigned office location for 2-3 days a week.Education/Qualifications/ExperienceYou have 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategiesYou have experience in an international and cross-cultural environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdept in using social media and other platforms for candidate sourcingStrong organizational skills, able to manage multiple processes efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications, with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Why Yardi?Yardi is a global leader in real estate technology, with over $2.2bn+ annual revenue, a 20% average growth rate over 40 years, and a Forbes Cloud 100 placement for 10 consecutive years.
