Part-Time HR OfficerWe're partnering with a well-respected Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a part-time HR Officer to support their People & Culture team whilst they navigate a team restructure. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and making a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven environment.Location: East PerthWorking hours: Monday - WednesdayPay rate: $48ph - 50ph + SuperStart date: ASAPDuration: approx. 2 months with potential to extendWhat You'll Be DoingAssisting with the preparation and coordination of employment contracts and documentationMaintaining and updating personnel files and HR recordsManaging the HR inbox and responding to employee queriesCoordinating inductions, onboarding, and training bookings in collaboration with the L&D teamSupporting the smooth running of the HRIS and ensuring data accuracyWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in an HR or People & Culture support roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident using HR systems and MS OfficeA proactive and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Professional presentation and demeanor, with discretion and sound judgment in all matters.Compassionate and empathetic, with an understanding of sensitive working environments.Must hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance (within the last 3 months).If you feel your experience fits the above criteria, please apply online today!
