This includes attending client meetings and networking events to build and strengthen relationships, engaging clients and candidates through strategic marketing, advertising, and social media initiatives, and conducting thorough screening and interviews for specific job posts. Your ability to comprehend job descriptions and attract the right talent, coupled with achieving individual and team budgetary targets, will be crucial. In addition, effective forecasting, strategic planning, and maintaining composure under pressure are essential traits. Strong oral and written communication skills are paramount, aligning with our emphasis on fostering a positive team culture and contributing to the overall growth and expansion of our business.Qualifications: While previous recruitment experience in the transport industry is desirable, it is not essential.
