This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people and culture.DutiesDeliver generalist HR support across operations, sales, and home care teams.Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Contribute to strategic HR projects and continuous improvement programs.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aged care, retirement living, or hospitality.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work autonomously and manage remote workforce challenges.Passion for people, wellbeing, and building an inclusive workplace culture.CultureCollaborative, hands-on leadership team with a genuine focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.
