Join the Leading European Payment Company Our client is a market leader in the payment solutions sector, operating across Europe with a strong presence in Switzerland. To strengthen their HR Operations team in Wallisellen (Zurich area), we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Payroll & Administration Specialist.As part of a small but highly skilled HR Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and professional HR services for employees in Switzerland and Austria. You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR operations via the HRMS tool (Oracle)Maintain and update personnel filesPrepare contracts, cover letters, and employment referencesCollaborate with Swiss authorities (social security, withholding tax, insurance)Manage and administer the local time-tracking systemOversee monthly payroll processing in collaboration with an external providerSupport monthly accruals and HR reportingAssist in onboarding and updating HR policies (e.g., employee handbook)Register and process POs in Ariba (invoices)Act as a local contact for employees in close collaboration with the HRBPContribute to HR projects and process optimizationProvide HR Operations support for Austria (cross-country tasks)🎓 What You BringCompleted HR training, ideally HR Assistant certificate or equivalent2–3 years of experience in HR Services (Payroll Specialist or HR Generalist)Basic knowledge of Swiss payroll processesExperience with HRMS systems (Oracle knowledge is a plus)Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Swiss regulationsExcellent MS Office skills and strong communication abilitiesFluent in English and French; Italian is an advantage💡 Your ProfileProactive, solution-oriented, and service-mindedStrong sense of discretion, professionalism, and reliabilityCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsQuick learner with high commitment💼 What’s on OfferA key role within a leading European payment company with international exposureHybrid working model with flexibility (office in Wallisellen, Zurich area)Dynamic and supportive team cultureCompetitive salary package in line with Zurich market standardsOpportunity to grow and develop within a leading industry sector📩 How to ApplyIf you are looking for your next career step in HR and would like to be part of an innovative and international company, we look forward to receiving your application.
