Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates using AI-powered platforms and job boards. Screen resumes and match candidates to job requirements. Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and candidate communication. Maintain accurate candidate data in HR systems and databases. Support recruitment marketing efforts, such as social media campaigns. Contribute to reports on hiring metrics and process improvements. QualificationsCurrent student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields. Keen interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or HR software. Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a remote work environment. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or social media for recruitment is a plus. No prior experience required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
