As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart RecruiterAssist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requestsMaintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queriesSupport the sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various positionsCollaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and improve hiring processesAssist in organising and coordinating recruitment events and job fairsPrepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment processQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and OutlookExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyKnowledge of recruitment processes and best practicesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer-focused approach with a professional and supportive demeanourAdaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlinesDiscretion in handling confidential information
