HR Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist (C&B)” for Kale Holding who has the qualifications below.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or related departments,Having minimum 2 years experience, especially in Compensation and Benefits (C&B),Having knowledge of job evaluation methods,Having knowledge in Industrial Relations, Labor Law and Legislation,Proficiency in MS Office applications,Preferably experienced in SAP HR Module and SuccessFactors,Having high financial awareness and analytical thinking,Having follow-up and coordination abilities,Having strong analysis, reporting and presentation skills,Strong communication and writing skills both in Turkish and English.Job Description:Taking part in designing, developing and implementing compensation policies,Participating in C&B processes including salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction,Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports regarding the internal equity and external competitiveness,Closely cooperating the relationships with the external compensation consulting companies,Preparing periodical C&B ad hoc reports including Group HR metrics,Executing the Performance Management cycle from start to finish,Participating as a team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.Bu ilan sebebiyle yapacağınız başvurular aracılığıyla toplanacak kişisel verileriniz veri sorumlusu Kale Holding A.Ş.
