This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent by developing effective sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & SourcingDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing to build talent pipelines.Maintain a strong understanding of labour market trends and candidate availability.OnboardingFacilitate smooth onboarding for new hires in collaboration with HR team members.Ensure accurate documentation, orientation scheduling, and compliance.Recruitment & SelectionManage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions.Review applications, screen résumés, and conduct phone or video interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and guide them through best-practice selection techniques.Administer pre-employment assessments or background checks as needed.Support the offer process including salary recommendations and negotiation.
