HRBP Executive

Job Description:This role is responsible for handling labor discipline & review related processes & regulations.Support departments in identifying manpower needs aligned with business strategy.Develop HR policies, procedures, and templates.Manage and record performance evaluations.Execute employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and contract closures.Resolve labor contract issues, complaints, and sudden disputes.Coordinate with departments to implement HR policies and organizational changes.Advise department managers on handling labor-related issues.Assist departments with HR information requests.Perform other tasks as assigned by Management and the Executive Board.RequirementBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Law, Human Resources…)2-3+ years of experience in the role of Handling Labor disciplineDemonstrated ability to work independently to provide solutions and consultation for stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and good in writing skills both in English and VietnameseProficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)What We Offer:Mirae Asset Finance Company Vietnam aims to build a "Professional - Friendly - Effective" working environment.
