You ensure compliance with (legal) safety requirements and regulations. You conduct all necessary and useful research to improve employees' well-being within the organization. You advise the hierarchical line in carrying out risk analyses. You perform and guide internal and external audits. You analyze and follow up on incidents/accidents. You act as the point of contact for all safety-related issues and provide support to different business units on safety topics when needed. You deliver specific safety-related training sessions. You contribute to tasks defined by the well-being law. Additionally, you will also be responsible for:Ensuring compliance with EN9100 quality standards and the ISO 14001 environmental standard. Transferring your knowledge and expertise to new team members to foster a continuous learning and supportive environment. Profile : You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in a technical field. You possess the "Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2" certificate or are willing to obtain it. You have some initial experience in a similar role. You have excellent written and spoken proficiency in French and/or Dutch, and a good command of English. You are diplomatic and capable of engaging with various stakeholders. So, What’s in it for you?Experience!
