About the RolePride Health is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Analyst with strong expertise in Core HCM, Security, and Integrations. This consultant will support the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of the Workday platform. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Workday’s configuration frameworks, security structures, and integration tools, and can partner effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Security configuration, and Integrations.Recommend and implement best practices for the HCM module.Design, configure, and maintain Workday setups and business processes.Build and manage Security roles, domains, and access to ensure compliance and data protection.Apply deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Domain Security Policies, and User-Based Security Groups.Troubleshoot existing integrations and develop new integrations using Studio and Orchestration.Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and new features.Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes or improvements.Document configurations, processes, and best practices for internal use and audits.Provide training and support to end users and HRIS team members.Participate in Workday projects, including new module rollouts and system optimization.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of Workday HCM experience, including Security configuration and Integration work.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Workday Pro Certification in Core HCM and Security required.
