Human Capital Intern (January – June 2026)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and passionate talent to join us as Human Capital Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions — including talent acquisition, employee engagement, strategic projects and initiatives that help shape our people-first culture.This role is open to current undergraduates or recent graduates who are keen to join the Human Capital industry. A minimum commitment of six months is required, with the possibility of transiting into a permanent role.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Human Capital intern will get to experience working on different parts of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisal, HRIS and engagement projects & initiatives.Talent AcquisitionParticipate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and onboard fresh graduates and experienced hires.Engagement with candidatesSupport onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.Employee ServicesMaintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in the planning and coordination of company events.Prepare employment-related documents.Support tasks relating to Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and contribute to process improvements.Help to identify gaps in process with the opportunity to propose and implement improvement.Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.Strategic ProjectsAssist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs.Support the Executive Director – Human Capital in projects related to talent development, talent branding and digitalization of HR work and process. Candidate RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.Passionate about building a career in Human Capital.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
