Embark on a journey with SGS, a symbol of excellence and trust, and apply now to discover your potential with us.Job DescriptionAs an experienced HR professional, the HRBP actively participates to meet the Company’s objectives by aligning the HR strategy with the Company business needs.You will builds a strong business relationship with employees and senior management by providing value-added advisory on topics such as HR policies, learning & Development, performance management, legal requirements, compensation & benefits. The HRBP proactively participates to attracting and retaining the best talents.As the main entry point for employees within the dedicated Functions/Businesses, the Senior HRBP is responsible for the following:While relying on the technical expertise available internally (payroll, L&D), provide advisory and perform activities related to recruitment & onboarding, performance & development, compensation & rewards, organizational changes, labor and employee relations, disciplinary and termination procedures, etc.Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes when necessary to cover risksSupport the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyProvide regulatory and policy advice; answer inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs to facilitate consistency and equity across all SGS functions/businesses and sitesEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations; recommend best practices; proactively review policies and procedures to maintain complianceProvide data and statistics on local HR / Industry market practiceParticipate in local and global HR projects such as implementation of a global HRIS, development path for high potentials, etc.Participate in HR process optimizationAt all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional ConductQualificationsBSc/BA in Education, Psychology, HR or equivalentProven experience for min. 5 years in a similar role in Switzerland, operating at a senior level within a multinational environmentAble to travel regularly to visit our sites located throughout Switzerland (approx. 2-3 travels/month)Very good communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinkingAbility to build trust, respect and confidentialityAble to work autonomously while being a great team playerProactive and solution-oriented, “make-it happens” attitude English & German (written & spoken), French is a plusAt ease with MS Office toolsAdditional Information100%-80% mode of work is available We would like to hear from candidates based in Zug, Switzerland Please submit your CV in English
