For talent acquisition, you will handle candidate research & sourcing, job portal data management & field career fair using Application tracking system (ATS). For talent excellence, you will collaborate with respective department specialists to develop & maintain learning materials using talent engagement/learning management system (LMS).ResponsibilitiesPerform resume research through job portals and professional social media to source for potential candidates and execute candidates’ pre-qualificationCarry out outreach by inviting potential candidates for a coffee chat regarding the job opportunityWork with universities & colleges to establish our employer branding – including but not limited to securing employer projects, industrial talks, and event sponsorshipsRemuneration & PerksWork Environment/ CultureOpen spaces and open-mindednessDynamic, young and vibrantLean operation – no red tape, swift decision-makingFlexibility in career progression – freely move between different positions based on personal performance and passionHigh conversion rate from intern to full-time employeeCasual workwearFree-flow snacks in pantryJob requirementsMust-haveDiploma / Degree in Human Resource / Management or any related fieldExcellent communication skillsProficient in EnglishGreat To HaveMass Comm, Business, Psychology, FinanceHR & Admin, RecruitmentProficient in Chinese
