The primary responsibilities include supporting the recruitment processes by identifying and engaging potential candidates, assisting with employer branding initiatives, and contributing to building a thriving talent pool. Other day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and assisting with the onboarding process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.QualificationsProficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment to identify and attract qualified candidates.Strong Communication skills to manage candidate and stakeholder interactions effectively.Experience or interest in Employer Branding to enhance the company's talent presence and appeal.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and a passion for people engagement.Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
