To date, we have served 460,000+ headcounts, 3,300+ clients, in 113+ countries across 15+ industries.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Recruiting Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to support BIPO’s expansion.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the APAC region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and work with HR to make sure candidates smoothly onboard.Define and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for various departments. Monitor regional talent market trends and regulatory changes across APAC to adapt recruitment strategies in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers to understand their specific business needs and technical requirements. Partner with internal teams to design and deliver competitive talent solutions that address business challenges.Design and optimize seamless candidate journeys on a global scale and ensure positive candidate experiences across all regions from initial engagement to their first day.Manage and renew recruitment channels, evaluate channels usage effectiveness.Analyzing recruitment funnel data, monitor indicators such as invitation-to-interview rate, attendance rate, interview pass rate, and offer acceptance rate. Provide weekly/monthly recruitment metrics to regional leadership.Drive Employee Referral Program and other recruitment programs launching in APAC regions.Provide recruitment support for external clients as assigned (when needed but rare), delivering professional talent acquisition services to meet diverse business needs.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably within the HCM or Payroll industry. Regional Exposure: Prior experience in APAC regional recruitment or managing multiple regional projects simultaneously. Skills:Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for cross-border collaboration. Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a focus on customer service. Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
