We're hiring: HR Operations Manager | Based in Ottery, Cape TownOur client is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function across its Cape Town operations.If you're a confident HR professional with strong manufacturing experience and a passion for structure, compliance and people, this could be the right move for you.What we're looking for:Proven HR management experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging industry exposure is a plus)Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy implementation and complianceSolid IR and labour legislation understandingAbility to build relationships across all levels of the businessStrong systems, process and reporting capabilitySABPP registration will be an advantageThe role is based in Ottery and reports to the Group HR Executive.
