About The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Lead to spearhead all performance marketing initiatives for our key client/s. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of digital media performance, a passion for our brands, and the ability to drive exceptional results. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery, achieving ambitious media objectives, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both the client and internal teams.As the Performance Lead, you will act as the central point of contact, coordinating client needs with our research, planning, and buying teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring all performance campaigns are integrated seamlessly, delivered on time and within budget, and contribute directly to the profitability of the account.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Performance Leadership: Establish and drive the overall digital media performance strategy, demonstrating creative thinking based on deep consumer and business insights. Develop an extensive understanding of the brand, category dynamics, and their short-to-near horizon challenges, commanding respect as a lead business partner.Cross-Agency Collaboration: Confer with external agencies, including creative, social media, search, and PR partners, as well as the brand marketing teams, to establish clear media goals, objectives, and strategies. Provide leadership in developing, negotiating, and implementing innovative and effective media solutions.Senior Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders. Attend, present, and provide expert counsel at all significant agency-client media meetings.Account Profitability & Growth: Play a key role in monitoring account profitability, actively identifying growth potential within the existing account, and aiding in related accountability and billing processes.Performance Management & Delivery: Take full responsibility for the implementation and stewardship of all components of performance management. Ensure all media deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Innovation & Strategic Advantage: Proactively identify new opportunities and emerging digital media channels that offer a strategic advantage. Position our agency as a leader in securing maximum client value through innovative approaches.Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality output of all campaign performance, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and preventing any write-offsOperational Excellence: Implement and develop robust Ways of Working documentation specifically tailored for the account to ensure efficiency and consistency.Please read our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process the information you provide.
