Role Summary The Human Resource Trainee will be taken through practical HR processes and procedures while supporting GlobalHR Consulting’s operations. This is a commission-based role—ideal for a results-oriented individual who is looking to gain real-world and hands-on experience and is passionate about human resources, people development, recruitment, and employee management.Responsibilities• Assist and be trained in the end-to-end HR function. • Assist and be trained in coordinating HR projects such as policy development or training programs. • Assist and be trained in sourcing and screening candidates for client job openings. • Conduct and be trained in outreach to potential candidates via social media, job boards, and referrals. • Support and be trained in the preparation and posting of job adverts across recruitment platforms. • Training in the maintenance of candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers. • Training in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates and clients. • Training in the supporting HR document drafting, including offer letters, onboarding forms, and reference checks. • Training in client acquisition strategies, including lead generation, follow-ups, and proposals.Benefits• Hands-on training and experience in different aspects of Human Resource Management. • Commission-based: Earnings tied to successful recruitment placements and project support contributions. • Performance bonuses may be offered for achieving specific placement or project milestones. Work Arrangement • Flexible working hours with hybrid/remote collaboration. • Regular check-ins with Specialists, Clients and Associate Consultants.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Receptive to receiving constructive feedback. • Familiarity with social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook etc.). • Must be proactive, reliable, and results-driven. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Trello or Asana
