The Human Resource Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role also involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting leadership in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include training and development programs as well as maintaining employee records and HR systems.QualificationsProficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningStrong experience with Employee Management, Employee Relations, and Performance ManagementKnowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law RegulationsSkills in Training and Development, Coaching, and Career DevelopmentProficiency in HR Systems and Documentation ManagementExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusAbility to adapt to evolving business needs and work in an on-site team environment
